singleton method Socket.getifaddrs

getifaddrs -> [Socket::Ifaddr][permalink][rdoc]

インターフェイスのアドレスを Socket::Ifaddr の配列で返します。

本メソッドはマルチキャスト通信が可能なインターフェイスを見つけるために使う事ができます。
